On December 18, the 220 kV Xilong power transmission and transformation project of Huizhou Power Supply Bureau was successfully put into operation. The project added a new main transformer capacity of 480 megavolt-ampere and a new line length of 37.76 kilometers. After putting into operation, it will greatly improve the reliability of power supply in the western power supply area of Zhongkai High-tech Zone, and provide a strong power grid guarantee for Zhongkai's "100 billion parks and one trillion industries".

The 220 kV Xilong Station is the first substation of China Southern Power Grid to operate with the target mode of integrated regulation. In order to ensure the results of the pilot, Huizhou Power Supply Bureau strictly controlled the quality and safety during the construction process, and jointly completed the "zero defect" handover task with participating units, and overcame the problem of comprehensive remote control operation of the substation main network and overall station situation awareness by dispatching.

The supporting line of this project passes through water source protection areas, wetland parks, protected forest areas, and military land, so the coordination work is complex and the construction is extremely difficult. Huizhou Power Supply Bureau with the help of the "military, government and enterprise" multi-party linkage mechanism, together with the local government, troops and units along the line to jointly promote the construction of the project, overcome difficulties, carry forward the Kunliulong style, and overcome the construction difficulties of crossing highways, high-speed railways, fish ponds, lakes and so on. Thanks to the strong support of the local government, troops, units along the route, and Zhongkai Power Supply Bureau, the line project was ultimately put into high-quality operation.

Huizhou Power Supply Bureau will continue to uphold the concept of "putting work at the forefront and pursuing progress while maintaining stability". On the basis of the deep integration of Party building and infrastructure business, it will build Huizhou power grid, help Huizhou's economic development, and create new brilliance during the 14th Five Year Plan period.
